At SP Yoga, we are dedicated to guiding you on a transformative journey of self-discovery and spiritual growth through the profound practices of yoga and spirituality. Our mission is inspired by the teachings of the Yatharth Geeta and the wisdom of revered spiritual leaders.

Our story began with a deep quest for truth and understanding. After completing my 12th education from Aditya Narayan Government Inter College (GIC) Chakia and pursuing a BA graduation from Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith University, Varanasi, I encountered the Yatharth Geeta, a spiritual scripture that profoundly changed the course of my life. At the age of 20, I chose to leave behind my education, home, and small business to dedicate myself to exploring these teachings.
